So if you think she is pregnant, she would be pregnant with a child younger than Sarada. Literally every major villain in the series either had the Sharingan (Madara, Itachi, Obito, Danzo), wants the Sharingan (Orochimaru, Kabuto), has some evolved form of the Sharingan (Nagato/Pain), or has abilities that are related to the Sharingan (Kaguya). And now the new villains are pretty much an army of walking Sharingans.
Kishi needs to be more creative.
