Yea im pretty sure this was better than cam quality... But its not the japanese voices and some of the translations were off..

Honestly wasnt that great of a movie anyway

to drag it out and make more money pretty much
sometimes to give more background info and shine to other characters that didnt get any

fillers were used to keep the anime behind the manga so it doesn't catch up to it. Fillers also "fill in" things that happened in the manga which it didn't not cover. An example is the kakashi anbu filler arc, we know Kakashi was in the Anbu Black ops from the manga but never got to see him in action with them. I honestly rarely watch the fillers and skip them because Naruto most of the time never get them right and just drag it on. Also like the guy said above more episodes means more money.
