For some reason, Naruto just flopped when he had the rasengan....then went on to keep on fighting for another 8 hours or so

He been using Sage chakra the entire time. When the Kyuubi is inside Naruto in that meditation stance he is gathering Sage energy. He used it all up with those dual Rasenshuriken.

The chapter was surprisingly better than I thought it would be ....finally taijutsu fight until I was that b!tch Sakura woke up.....I get the feeling Sakura's gonna get involved again

Just a theory but when Naruto tripped it sort of looked like he put tge Rasengan underground. Maybe he tripped on purpose to use that Rasengan for later with a clone.
