This is an interesting dynamic. Remember that Obito's maxim was essentially that his friends' safety was more important than the mission. When Kakashi killed him, his actions ran contrary to Obito's maxim. as such it makes sense that Obito would hate Kakashi for both violating Obito's life maxim as well as killing the woman he loved. Ironically Kakashi did what his father had done, and sacrificed his friends for the sake of the village. I would have done the same if I was in Kakashi's position. Although Kakashi might have loved Rin, he'd lose everything if he didn't kill her. It was Rin or the Village. In Naruto, most ninja are taught that the village's safety is paramount.
