) IMO, Naruto would lose in a 1 on 1 without any outside coaching against Itachi. Naruto does have good strategy in the heat of the battle. but that is only because he goes all out first & usually fails in his first attempt. he can't afford to make that type of mistake against Itachi. There's a reason it took Sasuke 3 yrs to train to fight him & he STILL lost 
to say he can fukk with Naruto right at any point in his is 
status
that nikka Itachi is obsolete
