Nah, Oro may be alive but I don't think he's posing as Tobi. Tobi is either shisui or Madara's brother.

Oro is probably chilling somewhere wounded on life support like negato, otherwise he would have made an appearance.

And the scroll has nothing to do with Oro, because suigetsu and juugo wouldn't have been so surprised when Sasuke mentioned his name.

Yeah, the scene with Sasuke was kind of crazy because there are so many different ways you can interpret it.

What I can be pretty sure of:

• -Suigetsu mentions that Edo Madara stuck around, which mean that, if he didn't know already, Sasuke now realizes that Tobi isn't really Madara and was lying to him. He may not be too happy about that.

What I'm not sure of:

• -What's in the scroll? Considering that Suigetsu thinks it would allow Team Hawk to "rule the world" when there are people like Madara/Tobi/Uzi/Kages around, it must be pretty strong. Maybe it's a way for Sasuke to get the Rinnegan like Madara did? Or maybe someone/something really powerful that they can summon? Seems like it could be some kind of powerful forbidden jutsu.
  
• -Why exactly does Sasuke want to see Orochimaru? The only possibilities I can think of are that either Oro knows something about Tobi/Madara, or that he wants Oro do summon someone with Edo Tensei.
  
• -Speaking of which, who was Sasuke talking about when he said he wants to "meet the one who knows everything"? Orochimaru? Tobi? Madara? Somebody else?

Some other interesting stuff too. It looks like Madara has lost interest in fighting the Kages and may go to the battlefield where Tobi is. Kishi is doing everything possible to stop Madara from killing the Kages.

But Madara was looking at Onoki like when he was talking about stopping him, so I'm wondering if Madara will kill him and then leave. But I doubt it.

Lots of different directions Kishi can go with the plot. Continuation of the Naruto vs. Tobi fight? Tobi finally unmasked? Madara showing up to back Tobi up? Madara attacking Tobi for not following the plan? Sasuke/Orochimaru meeting? Sasuke comes to the battlefied where Naruto is? Sasuke/Madara meeting? Sasuke attacks Konoha or the elders? I honestly have no idea what'll happen next, but I still think Tobi gets unmasked in Chapter 600.

Where in the chapter did it insinuate Oro = Tobi. Did yall ignore the zoom in on Anko's tattoo? Did we forget that Oro leaves apart of himself in all his goons? People have been saying this for years but they were dismissed as stans, Oro is forever.
