That is why, if elected, I will sign an executive order to punish said race soldiers. This executive order will imprison any race soldier who terrorizes(injures, draws a gun unprovoked) or executes any person that is black, mandatory sentencing will be life, and also that officer's precinct which employed the race soldier will have to pay the victim's family $2million. Here's what I would have said:

I don't know what I would tell you to be honest.

• You can be at park minding your business.
• Walking to your apartment from the grocery store.
• Pulled over and follow every instruction given to you.
• Be at home watching TV.

And somehow still be shot while being non-threatening, compliant, unarmed, and innocent.

There's nothing I can tell you to keep you from being shot. I can tell you ways to minimize the likelihood of being shot. But that's not enough. Police reform --a complete and thorough reform-- has been a long time coming. It's need to be done today. Should have been done yesterday. And tomorrow is a day too late.

Again u are asking the victim to fix the action of the criminal(police). The real problem here is that this country was founded on killing black ppl with impunity. We've gotten so use to it that we are now trying to rationalize it.

If ur black u got make sure ur shirt is tucked in, u speak grammatically correct, u keep your hands on the steering wheel, and u dont talk back to the officer even if they ask u a direct question.....and then MAYBE you wont be shot and killed

I understand that we need to fix the system, will it ever be or can it be fixed is a completely different issue. As of right now if my black ass gets pulled over I'm not taking any chances. Can they still shoot me? Of course, but why wouldn't I want to minimize that? These cops have authority complexes that need to be addressed but at this moment I'd rather be safe than sorry. That field just attracts all the wrong people. Also Canada doesn't have these issues and they are basically mimic of our culture.
