If Wu Tang got outside production, how would they split the money between 9 members after paying for production? Them nikkaz are dumb as hell.
Don't they pay Rza for production?

Imagine thinking RZA fell off after 96 and choosing to rhyme over beats like these instead
Come the fukk on man
Wasn't just a dope Pete rock beat. It's one of his greatest beats ever. And maybe top 5 Rae track ever. Dude floated on that shyt. Him and Pete shoulda made a whole album together back then. Their styles went together perfectly.
You just have to watch 10 seconds of any U-God interview and you'll come to this conclusion. If y’all think Rae doesn’t take accountability for his fukk ups and failures, wait until you read U God’s.
You're right, his mixtape run is crazy and should be acknowledged.
But it doesn't 'fix' those albums for me. A bad album is a bad album, and Immobilarity, Lex Diamond, FILA and the Wild too are not up to par to what Rae is capable of.
That being said, Cuban Linx III is still my most anticipated album.
One of the illest out, but yo...Roc doing beats for Bronze Nazareth?..........thats major, considering how ill Nazareth is himself
Yup
The best beat RZA produced post the beats he produced on the Supreme Clientele album was the beat for State of Grace
Crazy how spending money to make money is cool when its outta somebody else pockets...
Was outside producers gone do it for the love or they standard prices?
What was the profit margins on Shaolin v Wutang album after outside producers got paid?
Mixtape beats samples gotta be cleared or naw?
If RZA doesn't produce another beat - they could still keep Wu-Tang production in house and find Wu-Tang heat and keep a tight budget but Rae would find a way to diminish returns by hating in public to anyone with a mic.
If we keeping it a buck - Rae is Right - The Business gotta be Right - but the HNIC's of the business is the Diggs and Power. So who business gotta be right for?
The first one sounding like a mediocre Swizz Beatz beat from 1998 constantly playing from a car a block away
This shoulda been OB4CLII
A lot of these could be old beats from RZA's prime. Rae mentions all the beats on Cuban Linx 2 were old RZA beats. He said the clan is always trying to get to his old beats. When he went to RZA with the idea for CL2, he insisted they had to be old RZA beats and RZA agreed. The Grain

I fully agree the beats on those albums weren't hot, but what I was saying is that Rza did indeed fall off. Regardless of Rae's shytty album beats, Rza just wasn't hitting it like that once he became a millionaire and started buying keyboards.
to piggy back off the - my guitar gently weeps flip
ghostface had it on a mixtape way before.... obviously not revised, replayed or resampled
and his shyt blew the other versions out of the water, its like they tried to recapture his shyt but fell way short
Some lying going on. Rae said Power stole from him on the IceWater deal? In the Vlad interview he EMPHATICALLY said Power never robbed him.
