From the outside looking in I don't think Phil did that bad a job :patrice:

He got y'all some good young talent .
My next door neighbor just moved here a year ago...

He also became the head of the community board...

At first we all liked him...

He actually finally repaired the sidewalk concrete...

He even managed to get the speed limit dropped to 15 on our block...

But then he started calling the cops on our children who hung out and he called them a posse...

Other neighbor kids stopped fukking with our kids because they thought our block was on some uppity shyt because of him...

Not only that, even after an outrage situation with D. Rose Mechanics where they let a job without telling anyone, he still considered hiring that company to fix our boilers...

Yet the gardener, who was distraught about that same neighbor causing so much stress that he decided to do his job and leave without saying bye, is being threatened with being fired just because he didn't want to say bye...

Atleast he's done some good, though, right? No.

That's the story of Phil...

But that is what your going to get.... Zyke might try to sliver back too. He and Laimbeer were talking real greasy about runnin the triangle with their WNBA team and more or less saying they can do Phil's Job better.
Yo don't know that breh . It's Phil's fault he couldn't get the team to buy into the triangle from the executive seats since he didn't want to coach and hired a coach who doesn't run the triangle .

Props to Porzingis. Apparently Phil wanted to go meet with Porzingis in Europe, but Porzingis never responded.

Melo throwing that middle finger was the final straw and that's likely what got Dolan to stop listening to himself sing.

Oh shyt, I own an NBA team and maybe I should try and stop the bleeding.

:yeshrug:Dude signing of Rose and Noah can't allow me to defend him, give him props on how he drafted. The NTC was by far his worst move. Other than that, all the other shyt was :manny:to me, I want Hinkie but I doubt that will happen.

No way he hires Hinkie. the king of the treadmill playoff team Masai will be hired

Dolans one and only goal is to sell a few playoff seats every year and will continue to be

As bad as Phil was Dolan was out of the way. Those days are over

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. Phil is gone and the initial reaction from nikkas is negative?:gucci:
I think it's fear/concern of the fallout going forward. Youngn's and draft picks flapping in the wind right now. The only good thing Phil did was not compromising those 2 things, other than that, don't let the door hit ya...

@storyteller's post pretty much sums up my feelings.

Nope. Dolan has been hands off with the Knicks and Rangers since the mid 00's. The only difference is the Ranger's have someone good running the operation, and the Knicks have kept on missing. Dolan will just hire someone else and hand over all authority to them like he's been doing the last decade.
