You guys are debating ball touching stats

that's where we are right now:gucci:

Man at the end of the season dead this thread and lets get a new one started its already run its course:francis:
Don't get fooled by the color of the paint of the discussion. Debate was not about ball touch stats...

Debate was about nikkas perpetuating an article that had some fluff where it was supposed to have meat.

A lot of the "analytics" posters call that type of shyt out in our posts...so we aren't going have our thread not challenge articles, my nikka.

After all, I'm trying to show the crazy knicks stans aren't just "okayyyyy" [Eddie Murphy voice] for any shyt that's pushed for them to consume.

But, I'm done though.

Side note, I dead ass read the name "Kelly" and thought the writer was a woman. Social constructs are a muh fukker to shake.

I wasn't even trying to be on some funny shyt.

But my other points still are my issues with whoever wrote that article.

We can't be posting shyt just because it fits our narrative.

This Trump Ass "Alternative Facts" world is some bullshyt.

Call bullshyt out.

Knicks fans, y'all... We all we got.:mjcry:

I don't think KCP is worth the investment, and I think OTTO gets matched no matter what. I'd be happy to have him, but we're probably better off looking for bargains/role players/guys with potential who are low risk gambles.

Yea, he might be facing a DUI suspension soon too. But I liked his potential before, I remember him being touted as a guy who could guard PGs like Steph and give them trouble. That's a nice piece next to a Lonzo Ball for instance. Maybe a change of sceneary could be good for him (assuming the Knicks can be a better environment next season :francis:)

Clyde say that?
Nah,

Kelly Scaletta.:lolbron:

Since I disrespected breh, I decided to look up his other articles.

I found one where he actually argued against the 2014 Bulls tanking because:

We learned that sometimes the prize is in the fight, not the victory. We learned pride is in the effort, not the result.

Most fanbases motivate their teams. This team motivated its city. The Bulls tried so darned hard, the fans were obligated, even empowered, to cheer.

The end-result pragmatists will complain and say the Bulls should have tanked. The fans learned that tanking stinks, but effort is aromatic.

To Hell with Tanking: What We Learned from Chicago Bulls This Season

The breh dropped some bars in this.

:wow:

See THIS shyt, without the fluff, is writing. :hubie:

If we got rid of Melo, Lee and let Rose walk, we could afford both, (both will be long shots cause the nets are all in on the RFA market and Wiz probably will match any offer).

I agree with both of your takes, and even though both KCP and Otto have improved(Otto especially) I can't help but feel like they're both close to their ceilings, despite their age. I don't see any real "hidden gems" in this year's free agent class, but I wouldn't mind the Knicks going after guys like Shabazz Muhammad and Mike Muscala:ld:I think Shabazz can be a starter in this league, and Mike would make for a nice backup 4( I know there are a lot of big men on the roster, but none of them are a true 4 really).
