$13.7K a year to live on East 180th on the 2/5, and if you've ever been around there, that's an overpay. When the sun goes down around there, that's God's way of letting you know you're on your own.

Yeah some of those bronx figures seem waaaay off. at folks around 138th on the 6 making on average 38K that just seems off.

like with everything else it all comes down to the mighty dollar. there are lots of black homeowners and a few building owners in brooklyn but when you can get $1500-$2500 for a two bedroom from some white kids or whoever why leave that for $900 from blacks? plus a lot of us don't know how to respect and take care of shyt so a lot of times when you rent to black people nikkaz would tear shyt down and cause a whole lot of nonsense.
