Why not purchase an apartment building and rent out only to blacks and hispanics? Unfortunately no one thinks like this and instead wants big brother government to step in and fix their problems.

In 10 years Brooklyn will be filled with corny white people with horrible fashion sense. While the old inhabitants will be forced to move to Detroit or Chicago where their kids will be forced to endure subpar education and healthcare all while being exposed to gang violence.

Guess black kids are gonna be like Chief Keef and all that shyt. Gentrification is gonna take over BK and Queens and force black folks to go below the Mason Dixon line where they continue with the fukkery.

but seriously though although i would like to think folks from brownsville, east flatbush, east new york, etc would go down south or elsewhere and do better, chances are they'll take the fukkery with them and make those places worst than they already are.

That is already happening. Many people that I know that are natives of ATL and Houston are already telling me that people up north are bringing up their shyt attitudes and fukking up the kind atmosphere of the south. That shyt is a cancer. Maybe the hipsters are the direct counterbalance of the superthug shyt. Every action for a reaction, I guess

where is that, 138th? That spot got a cafe, a loft, this swank ass housing by the Bruckner. That little block is not bad at all. Now walk under the underpass where the 6 is, and it's a different world.
