To build 3 more Starret City is politically impossible. First off it was federally funded with some state and city money in the 1970s. Nowadays thanks to Republican bullshyt they will never agree to build housing development for the working class especially minority working class. And to add on this Albany can never agree on anything. Then you have the issue of Upstate vs Downstate. I just don't see a version of Starett City in Queens or the Bronx. What they say is right within the next 15-20 years the working class will dissappear in the city and it will create a major crisis. This gentrification effort is based on short term thinking. Land developers with construction companies are trying to make a profit now. Politicians want that land developer money to win elections. However they aren't thinking what will happen when you kick out the working class long term.Wrong, this where the real politics will be played, I guarantee you there are going to be super sizes buildings going to come up that are probably already in the planning stages that the mayor is going to reward to his construction connections. You going to see another Starret City being built in at least 3 of the 5 boroughs. Places that will be paid for by the city and made for working class people to put in one area like herding. You will see how the transit department is going to be in it also.
Do they do assemblies?

Ok. will look into.I'm not sure. Think I seen something about that awhile back.
Exactly, they are relying on a bunch of suburbianites coming west bubble fukk and yuppieville to stay in the city when the turn over rate from those people are high as fukk.
We all know a majority of the folks that are moving to the gentrified parts of Brooklyn, doing that corny roommate shyt will not be there in the next five years. They will go back to where they came from and that's gonna spark another issue with broke people trying to live in the suburbs, not being able to pay their bills because they arent hirable in the job market. There's gonna be a big economic collapse.
And there's going to be another recession coming soon as well. It anything, save money and stay the hell away from these gentrified areas. Let these crazy folks play themselves out. I wouldn't risk it.
I dont know about that man. Look at this article.

Economic collapse, recession. You speak on this stuff like you are a financial expert. Not hirable? As long as retailers, restaurants, banks , movers and construction exist there will be jobs. I know it’s cool to want the good old 70’s back where there is massive crime and poverty so people can post online and say I told you so but get real. Only on the coli where you hear this fantasy stuff.Exactly, they are relying on a bunch of suburbianites coming west bubble fukk and yuppieville to stay in the city when the turn over rate from those people are high as fukk.

The back in the days stuff has to stop. If we don’t push toward the future and anticipate we will continue to be dead last while everyone passes us.
Just a few questions if I may.
The recession is coming soon? When?
Economic collapse? When , this year? 2018?
What insight do you have to Wall Street collapsing?
What will force these economic downturns you expertly speak on?
Cool story bro. This same scam been going on for over 10 years now.Are you not seeing what's going on here, breh? The wave of the future is coming. Those little labor cashier store jobs are going to be replaced by computers soon. What you think they're teaching the kids and babies about in the classroom? these children are learning about coding and relying on technology instead of human interaction. We are pretty much being phased out. The cost of living is high where these greedy corporations will rely on computers and technology to maximize profits, less human labor so they can keep their money.
As far as the economic thing, it's about there being too much things being made without enough money coming back into the economy to keep it moving. Despite what you may think, a lot of these gentrified communities are actually people who aren't making money like that to upkeep these places. They are college graduates that are not making enough money to keep up with the cost of living. Sadly, these real estate companies see where these folks are coming from and assume that they all have that type of money. It's no surprise that half of them are relying on their parents for money when even their parents aren't making money like that either. It's also no surprise to see folks having 10 roommates to help pay the rent. Basically these places are full of broke people or folks who are struggling no wealth trying to pay to live unaffordable places going to these real estate folks and etc thinking they're cool that are displacing working class people that happen to be the backbone of the economy. These broke people basically are in debt mostly from shyt like student loans so you know the money will not be passed around like that for a lot of them. You get where that leads to. These people end up going right back to where they came from. Usually with no jobs, living at home with mommy and daddy in debt, trying to get their lives straighten out. This is why this whole Brooklyn hipster gentrification shyt is silly. It's basically some greedy scam artist shyt. There are not that much rich people living in those areas as you may believe. A lot of broke people from the suburbs trying to look cool on social media just to say they are living in new York. It's silly.
