fukked up thing is that in NY, we lost, as a people. There may be a few blacks with $$$ to cop their own cribs and start a business here and there but it's not enough because even tho you have some well off blacks here, they are outnumbered by those who literally don't have shyt.
You want a crib? Expect to pay 1500 a month IF your paperwork I straight and IF you make "enough" to satisfy the landlords requirement.

And I know this is the case on a smaller scale in other cities, but NY has turned into a different animal in the last 15 years.
