This is exactly what I said earlier. The homocide rate in the black community is a complex issue that is ultimately due to racist government policy such as the welfare “no man allowed in the house” rule that removed black men from the home, forcing black people into overcrowded urban environments during integration, and most importantly the crack/drug era they imported into black community. Those three factors alone are a recipe for disaster.
The reason these cats are in the situation they are in is because of their environments and how they are raised. Never said they shouldn't be accountable for their actions.
