I didn’t start astral projecting until I was in my teens. So now that my third eye is open, it seems like I can’t close it. Almost every other night I get sleep paralysis, and I feel spirits trying to pull me out.

Did you get any benefits in the real world thanks to all this astral projection?

I feel that most people who try to astral project do it solely for entertainment, to me that makes no sense

This is what I do but i really don't know if it's legit or not

I usually wake up on purpose at about 4 am. This is key as you are half asleep and half awake. Then I lay on the floor with my back on the ground coffin style. You start to go into a sleep paralysis. This is the hard part. Most people can't get past it. It can get scary and freak you out. I'm way past that but it took a long time to just bridge that gap. If you manage to get past that you will start to float out of your body. You can see everything around you and it's cool at first. Things will get wierd fast. I've seen normal looking people walk right past me,demon looking things,children. Honestly it's creepy. If you can get past that then you come to the realization that you're in control. From then on practice. It may start out as just jumping or floating. Do it as much as you can and you will start to lock in

Well it happened again tonight. I woke up half way through my sleep. I had a lot more autonomy over controlling it.

I was this close to do going it again. I could feel myself leaving my physical body but,.. I pulled back and stayed. I was feeling too many negative vibrations as I was about to ascend.

Maybe I’m being too cautious but I just didn’t want to do it. I know now if I wanted to, I could do it at anytime now.

U cant get possess or die while astral projecting brehs. Yall need to read more on people that actually do it and not listen to relogious freaks who try to scare u away from it.

U are protected once u project and u can call for your guide to help u if needed. Also u are attatch to your body by a silver cord that is unbreakable. Its the only link u have to your body while youre out exploring. One tug or thought of going back and u back in an instance.
