Would my nightmare count as that shyt. I was running for my life in the streets of St. Louis fearing someone would shoot me. shyt felt real running like this was real life.

I disagree. I’m super into consciousness. You definitely can get attacked by “evil” entities and that can fukk you up emotionally which can then affect you in real life. shyt’s happened to me personally. I was “attacked” by a trickster entity that scared the fukk outta me. I had trouble going to sleep because I was so scared. I still sleep with a light on because of this. I stopped fukking with that shyt, and I haven’t been “attacked” in a while. You don’t know what you’re fukking with astrally. I’m not talking physical beings, but mental ones (manifested from your own consciousness or another entity...whatever you want to believe). It’s risky fukking with this shyt. Be warned

You have to master getting into a half conscious half asleep state. You gotta practice. I use music and it happens if I take a nap and wake up every 15 minutes. Eventually it works.

Ive noticed that during dreaming I've went from only being able to fly by using my arms in the same way you'd do while swimming to simply being able to propel myself or glide through air like Superman.

Yes, and your mind may project a being in the room with you. You may feel like it is right next to you. That’s a common thing to happen. You need to make sure you stay calm and get over the fear it produces
Greys (very scary), absolute infinity, love with a non-human (it was presented as a hippie girl who had sex with me, but it wasn’t human sex. I dunno what to think about that). I also went to “hell”.

What you described doesnt mean someone can take over your body or soul. You described the same effects of a nightmare. Nightmares can also be traumatizing and cause someone to want to sleep with the light on, etc.

I've had it both ways. Once I was laying in my bed, and I had an out of body experience where I was flying around in my apartment. That seemed as clear as possible. It was not hazy at all. Other times, it is hazy though

Being mentally unprepared doesnt mean u die or get possessed breh. It just means u aint ready to see that astral life.
