My lucid dreaming/ astral projection has been on 100 lately. Coolest shyt ever

I sometimes get that sleep paralysis shyt. I remember when I first got that shyt as a youngin and felt like people were walking in the room and crawling on the bed. Scared the fukk outta me. 
Then I realized it was hallucinations and that shyt was harmless. Now it’s more of a nuisance when it happens because it’s fukking up sleep.
The worst is when you can feel it coming. It’s like...oh lord not this bullshyt again

I lucid dream occasionally but I'll never mess with Astral projection. fukk around and get possessed brehs

I've had three out of body experiences
The first time was when I was having a cavity or a filling put in at the dentist and they gave me laughing gas. I was about 14 and I remember they told me to count backwards from 100 and then I floated up to the ceiling. Second time, I was 16 and my cousin let me smoke some weed and I was high af. They went and played football while I sat on the sideline zooted. Next thing I know, my spirit is floating up in the trees and I'm looking down on everything going on around me. 3rd time was after smoking weed again. I laid on my bed and floated all around my house. And everything I saw while I floated was exactly as I saw it when I "woke up."
I used to lucid dream a lot when I was a teenager. Hardly ever happens now...maybe once every four months or so. Back in the day, when I realized I was dreaming and started to control things. I'd always make myself be at a girl house I had a crush on and smash lol.

To update I finally saw something that had me shook for the first time since I was kid. I was doing my astral thing and I was floating up when I was pulled down and felt like my dog was biting me and get my attention which made no sense because he doesn’t do that shyt. So I look down and there is the craziest wierd animal with a pitch black human face. It said something to me but I was so thrown off I didn’t hear it.
I woke up, had a beer to calm down and went back to sleep.
The next morning my wife said she woke up and she felt like someone burned her hand. She actually had a burn mark on her finger . When I woke up I had a big ass bruise, scrape thing on my stomache. It was odd
I don’t work tomorrow so tonight imma see if I can find it again
