fukk your food.

If that simple wench thought it was okay for you to go to Brazil without her then more power to her for staying with you. However, my point still remains if you want me to sign or if I feel he needs to sign something in order to be with me (in terms of marriage) then I don't want any parts of that marriage. Just leave me be.

:yeshrug: Your loss.

Bottom line is if he feels THAT strongly about it, then he'll have to break off the engagement. Hopefully it doesn't end up being a situation where he'll look back and think what if...

he wasn't rich when they got married.

So she was with his broke ass before and likely supported to get where he was (in the same way he supported her)? :yeshrug:

I wish a broke man would give me a prenup to sign and it will like be my income, support, and other resources that help him grow to be successful (not saying he can't do it on his own). Once you are married you become one. What you manager has was built while they were married, not before. He gets no sympathy.

On to the next one...

He needs to trick her ass. Have her think she's signing loan/mortgage papers in the presence of his lawyer... She's not gonna read the fine print

logic is ridiculous.

take your lifes earnings...play roulette and put it all on black. because if it doesnt land on black then it wasnt meant to be and you should want no part of it.

a prenup before getting married and you have nothing doesn't really make too much sense IMO. If you started getting bread years down the road after marriage, you are going to have to give up something especially if you hit it big.
It is what it is though. I can't really sympathize with old boy on that one Nalej.

I understand. Of course she deserves something for supporting him in his journey to success. Even half maybe. But with a pre-nup there would have been no need for all the other bs.

If he or I for that matter feel like there's a gamble of sorts then I do not want to get married. We can keep things just how they are.

HAVE A PRENUP SIGNING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING BROTHER! TAKE IT FROM ME AND RIC FLAIR! :to:

The wrestler, real name Terry Bollea, agreed to give his ex-wife 40 percent ownership of his companies as well as more than 70 percent of their liquid assets.

In addition Linda will also receive $3million in a property settlement, according to Florida newspaper The St Petersburg Times.

The paper states that the mother-of-two received $7.44million of the couple’s $10.41million which was held in bank accounts.

This mentality is insane. :mindblown:

So you'd really let a good man go, just because he wants to protect his assets in case of a divorce? Honestly, what does trust even have to do with this?

Id flip the script on her. Be like, "No the pre nup is just extra motivation to make sure we stay together thru the rough times" or some shyt.

Other then that...its a poker game. I'd be like yeah bytch, OK lets just go ahead and get married. Then the day of the wedding after all that planning...all her family came out, friends, coworkers, etc. Id hit her with that paperwork. Be like u better sign this shyt right now or imma leave your ass at the alter.
Y'all nikkas that keep saying tell her to sign it or the wedding is cancelled dont know about these laws man. Forcing a woman to sign a pren-up as a condition upon marriage is a good way to get that shyt thrown out in court.

2. When a Partner Signs Under Duress
A prenup could end up being useless if one of the spouses signs it against his or her will. Why? If that spouse contests the prenup, the court could void it.

"In order for the prenup to be valid, both parties need to enter into it freely and voluntarily," says Nihara Choudhri, author of "What to Do Before the I Do: The Modern Couple's Guide to Marriage, Money and Pre-nups."

That's one reason why the partners should start talking about a prenup well before their wedding day. "It's much better to have it done two months or a month before the wedding than two weeks or a week before," says Frederic Siegel, a divorce attorney with Fitzmaurice & Siegel in Stanford, Conn. "Then you eliminate the argument that one of the spouses was under duress or they didn't have time to consider it." In fact, he adds, these days some couples actually videotape the signing of the document, so if the prenup is challenged, there's evidence that both sides knew what they were doing.

Perfect example of a broad not being about shyt before marriage. What was she before he got married to her? Prob nothing.

And he's an idiot for giving up MORE than half after divorce. Half tops and that's it. nikkaz need to get Roger clemens lawyer and stop half assing it.
