You know whats funny though?
The gym life trend wasn't popping before unrealistic bodies and shapes of IG came along and made everyone a personal trainer, not only that the 28-40 generation kinda had to start going to the gym in order to keep up with the kids and because they are getting old, because lets be honest thats whats going on here.
So social media came along and made everyone want a coke bottle or pro wrestler shape. And if you were a woman and couldn't get it, you paid for it and pretend you worked out at the gym hard to get your miracle shape.
Dudes didn't care about being chiseled or having abs like that, most old gym heads went to the gym for stamina, and power. Having a model like body was only for those who were really there for the healthy living aspect of it since that part of working out is 70 percent diet anyway.
