yo, this thing has the ability to record 4 sources at the same time and 2 with phantom power. Then if you use the software, you get the ability to use over 100 track of audio instead of 8. Basically Akai took what Roland did with the MV8800 over 10 years ago and added on it. this is really an all in one portable studio with proper eq

Yeah, i'm gonna buy that. Not even sure if it's very useful but since it's for FL i feel like i need it. You can control the FPC with it. Which is dope.
I don't even use the step sequencer like that. Swinging your drums is easier in the Piano Roll, you just set the Snap to 1/3 step.
