I understand brehs saying SD doesn't have a large poppin black community. Unfortunately, much like the rest of the state, it's a rich person's playground. Alot of black folks from here move simply because the cost of living is so high. Only ones who can make it are rich republican cacs, rich transplants, and rich immigrants. We are a very small minority here and that ain't gonna change until we get more bread.

Chula will get you much better deals. But Mission Valley has more fun shyt to do close by. But you will be paying a bit more to live there.

I wouldn’t group Temecula with Hemet and Perris which is very rural. Temecula has grown a lot. You’ll see mostly Whites, And Hispanics, but you’ll also see your fair share of Black People and Asians. Temecula is an extension to Riverside County and San Diego county so it’s unique in that way. Many Black Families from LA have moved up there as well and it’s surrounding areas.
