Moving To San Diego

Visiting SD for the first time in November have to find a list on things to do there as a visitor

I always heard SD was expensive but I’m from NYC

I was looking at the rents like “wow these are good cheap prices”

In fact I can say that for everywhere except SF

I wouldn’t group Temecula with Hemet and Perris which is very rural. Temecula has grown a lot. You’ll see mostly Whites, And Hispanics, but you’ll also see your fair share of Black People and Asians. Temecula is an extension to Riverside County and San Diego county so it’s unique in that way. Many Black Families from LA have moved up there as well and it’s surrounding areas.

Im close to Temecula and I havent seen anything weird so I dont know what dude talkin about. It could use some more black folks but I haven't had any issues so far

yall HOA fees are crazy tho

In North Park. HOA fees are terrible but are easier to eat if they're on top of their shyt. If youre able id suggest doing research on hoa ahead of time.

And Tijuana and Ensenada if you want to cross the border

Maybe one day, but I made the move to Sac town. No complains except the summer was hot and dry as FUKK.
