On one hand I get it. My girls father has Alzheimers disease and that shyt is the worst. It’s so hard watching her go visit him and have to introduce herself every time. Now he’s at the point where he doesn’t even respond to people anymore. She leaves there in tears every time and it sucks. So I commend dude for taking care of his wife because that shyt is rough.

In this situation, I think folks would respect it more if he was doing it privately outside of the home. But he's out in the open with it and letting the world know, folks don't like when you ain't humble with the creeping lol.
