Moving the chick in is a bit much unless she is the care giver as well, but if you never dealt with someone with severe alzheimer dementia you should STFU. The only thing that’s the same is the physical appearance everything else is out the window. Caring for them with no support is likely to shorten your lifespan as well. Definitely one of the worse things that can happen.

Also if some of yall have never seen the devastating effects of this disease, 60 minutes did a piece on this white couple where the wife had it. They chronicled them over years and at first the husband was hanging tough, not letting it get him down or defeat him to have to care for his wife in that state. However as the years went on dude did indeed get defeated because the woman he had known and loved all those years was gone, only her body was left behind to be cared for...shyt is really really sad...
