why is manning up there ?
:wtf:
ya'll nikkas drinkin the same water ?
this nikka only got one ring. why the fukk he so special :wtf:

his lil bro has 2, why we ain't talkin about him :wtf:

Because rings only matter when the players in question are somewhat comparable. We talk about him for the same reason we talk about Dan Marino still.

Here's an experiment, what makes Eli Manning so much better than Ben Roethlisberger? I don't hear anybody advocating for him but dudes swear up and down by Eli.

We don't talk about him because he hasn't proved himself to be in that class.

Straightened that out for you my man. No thanks needed

The contrarian I see....Brady is top 3 dead or alive. 10 full seasons as a starter, five Super Bowl appearances, 3 wins. All three wins without a HOF receiver or rb or lineman even. Career 65% completions, not playing in a dome either. Qb'd a team to a perfect regular season. Dominated the other great quarterback of his era (manning, who is arguably top 5). You can give Viniateri all the credit you want, but the fact remains Tom quarterbacked them into range. And to say that there are not 1 or 2, but 7 QBs better than him just means you are one of the older people who hold on to the inferior past generation just because you were closer to it.

Ole "these receivers wouldn't survive back in the 70s with OUR rules" type of dude, but won't admit that if these defensive players of today played back then with those rules, those same receivers wouldn't last a season.

nikka don't talk down to me like I'm some kind of child. Staubach ain't a better QB than Brady and I don't even like Tom Brady. Are you pulling names out of your ass to sound smart or something? Aikman is better than Staubach. Danny White played just as well if not better than Staubach. He just had to deal with Joe in his prime.

:dead:

nikka, That statement probably wouldn't auto populate in google's search engine.

Its like saying a warm glass of urine tastes better than freshly squeezed orange juice.

And yall suppose to be the future...:youngsabo:

Fixed that for you before your parents saw it. Don't want you to get in trouble for saying something stupid.

God knows you wouldn't gauge or pass judgement on something you've never seen before just to validate something that you're more intimate with...Right?

You've seen Staubach? I doubt it, but yet you pass judgement on him to validate something/someone you're slightly familiar with. Isn't that what you were accusing me of? Giving someone more benefit because of nostalgia or some type of yearning for yesteryear, all because of familiarity. I've seen both play so logically speaking, my opinion should carry more weight right? Its simple logic correct?

You've only seen one of them play more than likely, but yet you believe your opinion should carry more weight. :smh:

I sware we aint gon make it as a country

Miss me with that BS rhetoric. Maybe they could have, maybe not. At the end of the day, I know what I'm looking at. Folks love to give him all the praise when it was Bell's D that won those superbowls and Vinatieri's game winning field goals.

Nobody that's honest with themselves and has seen plenty of football has Brady in their top 5.

Hell, the so called "experts" didn't have them in their "Mt. Rushmore" of QBs and its bad for business not to have him included. I guess they couldn't lie to themselves on this one.

Vescey no disrespect but you sound completely nonsensical. The idea that there are 7 QBs in history better than Tom Brady is one of the dumbest things ever uttered on this board. This dude said Roger Staubauch.

Name me these 7 QBs better than Brady. I'll spot you Montana and that's really all you get.

If anything Brady is getting disrespected in this thread. LOL@Elway over Brady in any sensible human being's mind.
