I'd think that one of the reasons 2010 Colts were about to miss the playoffs would be because at one point Blair White and Jacob Tamme were receiving significant amounts of targets due to injuries. Also their 2 starting safeties and best CB missed many of the games and Javarris James was at one point the starting running back. The same HEALTHY team had just made the super bowl the year before and went 14-0 in the regular season. Come on bro. Strength of schedule is cool and all that but this ain't college, the Packers just lost to the Colts a couple of weeks ago.
04 Colts were potent on offense but they were ranked near or in the bottom third of the league in every defensive category except for turnovers where they were second. They were pretty much 09 Saints status. You're only looking at one side of the ball, which is why I brought up the 2005 team since they had the same players but were better defensively.
Sure they would have won some games, but 11? or even 8? Keep in mind that they only won 12 with him as the starter(probably would have been 13 if he had not sat out the last game against Denver).
And I don't recall saying anything about being able to replace Brady with anybody so I don't know where that's coming from.
