Whatever was being said turned into a physical altercation.
So no matter what, shorty had an opportunity to walk away.. or atleast go get the hammer herself if she felt disrespected or in danger. Then she could have dealt with shyt however she felt on her own

Did she touch that man? And if she left the area to get a weapon she could have fled. The fact she called her son for the weapon shows she was in danger...and the fact she was attacked was the causation to use deadly force.
Conflict resolution should've been used, but not everybody is used to suppressing arguments. He attacked her.
In Texas a woman got off by shooting a man at a gas station. She went and popped trunk for a 12 gage. This was after the assailant cussed her out and called her a bytch. She was never attacked and the woman got off.
That was Texas...this is Chicago where the assailant has a criminal past and the victims were law abiding citizen whose 14 yr old child was witnessing his mother getting beat on by a thug.
This should be interesting to watch because this is almost similar to NYC subway stabbing.
Did exactly what they suppose to do.. If this was in another state it would've been no charges.
