From what I read that had more to do with the rushed schedule than quality. They basically started filming as soon as the first one released

I was watching it on Netflix back 2 back the other day and was like that aint even the same Johnny or Sonya...I peeped they switched Raiden as a kid because Highlander is my shyt...
