I copped this at launch for PS5 but I'm actually considering getting the Xbox version since it's on sale. The DPad on the Dualsense feels too "mushy" for fighting games or super quick inputs. Just doesn't feel as responsive as I'd like. I think I'd prefer the clicky-clacky dish shaped DPad on the Series X for a game like this.

Saw this on Youtube.

I kind of laughed at the Sub Zero player getting mad. Also, the comments were saying the Liu Kang player was a zoner. I didn't see that at all. His whole strategy was being evasive by jumping back A LOT. It seems like this was his way of avoiding the ice clones or combo strings. I might've been frustrated with this Liu player if I played against him as well, but this should've been easy wins for the Sub player. He was making all kinds of mistakes including dropping combos. He was giving into playing his opponent's game by chasing down the Liu player. Can't really say the Liu player should delete the game while taking L's that should've been easy W's.

Toxic players like this are the reason why nobody respects MK in the FGC. What is he mad over? The fact he can’t tech or neutral duck/punish the throws? Or the fact that the Kang player idk played how his archetype was designed(zone/bait into whiff punish) Dude t bagging nonstop but gets mad over a fatality. And the fact most of the comments agrees with it is hilarious. Still got people crying about zoning and neutral in 2023. But what can you expect when the majority of the player base just button mashes with Cage and Raiden. :heh:

That clip reminded me of yesterday playing. I hadn’t turned this on in a week. Played my mid ass Shao/tremor and was still cooking. Had some scrub ass cage player crying in the mic talking about zoning :heh: (I probably used axe spike 3 times throughout the set) and throw spamming cause I kept baiting his upblock punishing. Had a crying Kenshi player who just flow charted nonstop with his block string into sub Kameo which got full punished over and over. And then we had some troll silly Omni man who just t bagged and teleported for sweeps. This community is fukking ridiculous:mjlol:

I love watching players who got beef scream at each other for 10 games straight on YouTube. Fighting game players are already kinda crazy but MK players are straight up unhinged :lolbron:

It’s also hilarious how people be trying to troll with fatalities and stuff. You can beat the shyt out of someone online for 3 games straight and quickly move past the “Finish Him” in each game, just for them to finally scrape out a close win and they start t-bagging like crazy and do their longest fatality :skip:

I think they could do a lot with the Towers to extend the life of this game. Its something they haven't done with previous games, but could start with this one.

1) Titan Shang Tsung should be more of a Titan. Not saying he should be giant size, but there's no way he should play the same as the playable Shang Tsung. Buff him and give him back his classic abilities in addition to the ones he had from MK11.

2) The boss fight at the end of the towers should alternate between Titan Shang Tsung and Quan Chi.

3) Secret fights. We got no new characters in this game, but secret fights is how we were introduced to new characters in the classic games. Those characters later became classic characters. You could even give us a fight with Chameleon allowing him to be unlocked under certain conditions.

3) Sub Boss. Ermac felt like a sub boss in this game, but it was missed opportunity to have him in the towers. I know he's DLC, but we get to fight against him in Story mode, so there's that. I'm sure they could put an amplified version in the towers. That or they could make Titan Havik the sub boss.

4) Mirror Matches. They could really get creative with this. Your character faces off against the version of themselves from another timeline. This also provides an opportunity to incorporate classic pallettes/skins that could be unlocked by winning the mirror match or a completely new skin.
