i'm a spurs fan, but for years the media convinced everyone that spurs basketall was "boring". I remember 2 Chains being on ESPN with stephen A smith talking about how boring the spurs were because we were a passing/jump shooting team. A few years after that the Warriors became popular by doing nothing but shooting 3s and playing like we had been the entire time and THEN jump shooting became "exciting'.
3 point shooting would NOT be a effective if the league starts enforcing moving screens. Right now, the Warriors will commit no less than 25 moving screen violations each game, but maybe 1 or 2 are ever called. It is impossible to guard 3 point shooting when you're allowed to grab a defender move him with you, stick your hip out or just straight up block him like you're protecting a qb. The league knows this and it's bullshyt.
