They shoot the same amount of 3s in FIBA. That's where it comes from.
We gotta figure this out:
Are the 3s great when the European leagues do it
Are the 3s bad when the American leagues do it
That shouldn't be in dispute (unfortunately it is), but you're going to have people thinking that if you see teams out here going 4-32 from 3pt, yet still jacking that shyt up.

Ive never watched a FIBA game in my life.. if they do the same, its ridiculous too

The NBA offers more athleticism. But they've copied FIBA ball for the most part

Too many guys can shoot from near the logo. It’d still be worth taking them. Make it a crunch time shot.

Everything is 3s for every team. I say move the line back to 27 feet and eliminate the corner 3. Back in the 90s, I only remember 2 guys pulling up for 3s on fast breaks more than others. That was Mark Price and Drazen Petrovich. It was irregular back then. Now it's normal.
Yeah I am an old head and I still consider that to be the worst shot in basketball.
Makes for very high variance games, which is kinda the point I suppose.

This isn't true. Sacramento and Denver don't play like any of these teams.Every team plays the same style of basketball.

How is the process sound if continuing down that path leads to an inferior product. The best 3point shooting team doesn’t always win the chip either. If anything spamming 3s is just lazy offense for most of these teams.
nikkas are still pulling up from like 30 feet and taking threes so that won't really stop it, but they definitely need to remove the corner 3.
