Mom defends daughter “I’m asking you nicely, leave my daughter alone or your parents are getting it”

There are probably a dozen charges I could use to sue the mother/school/district. I'm 1000% positive of this because I've seen cases like this play out in real life.

If I have to consult my lawyer for what exactly those charges would be, you're gonna foot the bill. Otherwise, do your googles and smarten up.

but like i mentioned before, anybody can file a lawsuit with a dozen charges. that's not the issue. the issue is what's going to win and be worth the trouble. for whatever that is, you are going to need evidence and damages that nobody can say they see in the video alone.

see this is the reason why lawyers get a bad name. you got people who don't know shyt about legalities thinking they have a dozen viable claims that deserve tens of thousands of dollars. then they wanna blame the attorney when it doesn't turn out that way

Thank God my mom always handled herself with class and never acted like this. If an issue happened my father was there and he also handled himself with class. But I also was never the type to need my parents to act like that. When a white girl called me a ni**er I mopped the bathroom floor with her ass and my dad came to the school and shut down all the suspension nonsense. Same thing when I had to rock a chicks jaw for bullying my friend. My dad came and defended my actions. You can't be a few years shy of adulthood and letting your mommy handle your issues. LMAO..... Lawsuit... But could the mom sue the school for her child being "traumatized" by bullying?

We have partnerships with a few private school so yeah, lawsuits or threat of lawsuits are very real for disgruntled parents. We have settled a few last year. The parent handled the situation wrong and it won't fix anything at all. But at the same time school is ultimately responsible for having an environment that allowed both things to happen.

I think it woulda been better to find out which kid(s) specifically was bullying her daughter, contact the parents and go from there. But doing that towards the entire class was messy. Now if the whole damn class is bullying her daughter, her daughter shoulda been pulled out that day. As well as figuring out why she so soft that she letting an entire class bully her like she one of these cac incels who shoot up the school

This happened to me. I think I broke his nose stomping him out. Moms came to the school and held me down. I got suspended but I never went back. Three weeks off looking for another school. So I whooped his ass and got a vacation.

In 6th grade this dude behind me kept tapping my head with a comb so I turned around and hit him (not too hard). Got suspended for 1 day and my mom said next time if you gonna get suspended for defending yourself, at least knock em out when we got back to school, me and dude actually became cool and no more issues that's how you handle bullying.

shyt happened to me when I was in school. Dude hit me and I told my mom and the teacher I had, the next day he did it again and I fukked him up. The teacher then wanted to call my mom and my mom asked the teacher, "is it the same kid who hit my son yesterday?"

The teacher was like, "uhh....yes".

My mom said "so why didn't you handle that yesterday, my son was defending himself..." and went off on the teacher She couldn't say shyt and I didn't get suspended lol.
