You can tell by listening to him, he wasn't around when Death Row was popping around 94-96.

I don't think its a coincidence that he is being interviewed by the same guy who did the "Murder" documentary. The same guy who had REGGIE WRIGHT in the doc making it seem like he was just a regular bodyguard. What's the connection? They're BOTH EX COPS! Pac always acted up but the difference pre and post Death Row is stark.

Death Row Pac definitely had a death wish or was just so brazen and thought he couldn't be touched that he said a lot of inflammatory things and was disrespectful towards a lot of people. Pre-Row Pac was wild but he had quite a bit more humbleness to himself.
