A’s don’t have a strong following outside of Oakland, a fanbase will be built over time if/once they move
Again, will the ownership spend which history has shown they won’t. You’re really placing hopes that folks from San Bernandino/Barstow/Riverside will drive to Vegas on a Tuesdays for A’s/Mariners? It will take YEARS to build a fan base. The novelty will have worn off for some by then plus unless there’s a wave of geezers in Vegas, young folks could give af about baseball.

Good

As ownership been fukking around over the last 20 years about a stadium and couldn’t even get a 30,000 seat stadium built which would be the smallest compared to Cleveland 34,000

At least u in a area where the 49ers and Giants are near by

The Warriors just moved right across the bay. The Giants and Warriors are playing pretty much right next to each other. The 49ers are in Santa Clara and I didn't realize how far away it was from Candlestick until I actually went to a game there the 1st year the stadium opened. Oh and Levi's Stadium is kinda trash too, I expect them to remodel that stadium in a few years.

Metro LV has a population of 3 million. Not even counting Riverside and San Bernardino counties in California which is another couple million. The population can support an MLB team. Like the old saying goes: If you build it, they will come

That's three hours away :gucci: Those folks are going to Dodgers or Angels games. Don't confuse 8 successful Raider home games as compared to trying to fill seats for 81 home baseball games.

They need to move to Montreal and bring the Expos back

No disrespect but what exactly is there to do in Vegas off the strip and also the entire city looks like a cookie cutter neighborhood smack in the middle of the desert. Fail to see the appeal but different strokes for different folks

Sports teams just want access to the strip and all the allure it brings. LV is basically Atlantic City with meth instead of crack.
