Sacramento always should have been an option. The City gets overlooked because of its proximity to The Bay but the A's would work in Sac, and if for some reason this Vegas deal falls thru because they can't agree on who pays what, the A's should go all in on Sacramento...
Not gonna happen but muhfukkas would love major league baseball in Sacramento...

This… The only thing that makes me feel better about losing the Raiders and A’s is the fact that I’m moving to Vegas in the next 2 years.
Sacramento should have been made a play for the A's. But I can understand why that didn't happen especially with the Kings situation back in the day...but baseball in Sacramento could work imo..... higher media market than Vegas! Where would they build a new stadium though? No way they play at Sutter Health Park long term.... But what about the territorial rights nonsense? Do the Giants control Sacramento county or is it shared with the A's?
BTW speaking of territorial rights I was reading something on it the other day the Giants rights to San Jose aren't ironclad it was based on them moving to San Jose once that didn't happen the rights should have been shared or went back to the A's. But the San Jose thing is DOA which sucks but oh well.
