I actually think MJF would be a star if he went to the Fed. Vince does not like people who won't fight back, and I can see MJF having an HBK type attitude with Vince arguing with him and not kissing his ass (assuming Vince is alive and hasn't sold WWE by then.) MJF to me is the modern version of Roddy Piper. He's not the greatest in the ring but I don't think there's a way you can hold him down, even when he has bad angles. You give that kid a microphone and he will get back over. If I were Tony Khan, I would have given MJF the belt already instead of the mid Hangman Page reign, as I think MJF has a good chance of helping them grow their brand as he is super hateable and he will draw a reaction out of even casual fans in the right angle. Plus he's looked at like an AEW original that never really shined anywhere else, again helping to grow the brand. But they don't book like that
