Just got back from watching in IMAX.

Brehs....this movie was flames. I think it's the best overall in the series.

This is also a top 3 movie I've seen this year.

As always, these movies are best when the villain has a real plan. Solomon Lane was a true mastermind. And he wanted to make Ethan suffer. Cavill did his thing, Rebecca Ferguson as well. My man Ving has got to lose weight, it's out of control. Alec Baldwin and Simon Pegg both had moments.

In the end, I came for Cruise and he delivered. As Luther said... "my man."

Easily the best action flick since fury road. McQuarrie is the real star of this to me. He just gets how to do action on a big scale and not compromise story. Every single action beat gave character. The ending scene is dope as hell the way he dispatched the bad guy was clever and a nice pay off to a set up, and the movie demands to be seen in imax

This shyt was incredible.

That halo jump scene was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen on a screen.

The last 20 min were just I really was on the edge of my seat.

At times it did feel a little less propulsive than the last two. Most likely due to the run time and the fact that there was a shyt ton of exposition. Keeping tabs on those who would be crying if this was a Nolan film ( :Jimmy: Super entertaining though.

It almost felt like it could be a series ender. But I never want them to stop making these.

Already pre-ordered the 4K

McQuarrie knows to make full blown characters tho with actual, ya know, characteristics of humans who sound like humans when they talk instead of a bunch of Basil Expositions

First movie I seen in theatres since infinity wars. Movie is a must see in IMAX. Visual brilliant. Even the scene with Tom and Feguerson randevu was a beautiful shot. 2 and a half hours felt like an hour lol. I was at the edge of my seat up until the end.


Bathroom scene Asian guy was putting in work. Me and my girl was laughing when he was flexing on them.
