Fleeing does not allow for use of deadly force by the letter of the law. SO it really doesnt matter why he resisted. He didnt run until he was shot. He just resisted. And rightfully so because she wouldve shot him for resisting whether he had a car to run off in or not. Whatever decision she made to tase wouldve resulted in him being shot. The laws that allow use of a taser but not a gun wouldve resulted in him being shot with a gun regardless because she's a fukking idiot that didnt know which was which. He mightve been the only person aware that she pulled a gun out and not a taser and he panicked and resisted.
