fukk that. I was soldier we didn't control the situation and if I made a mistake I would be prosecuted. You become an agent of the state you get trained yoy get prosecuted for mistakes, If anything you're more liable.

You were in prison I'll bet you would have sued if the state gave you chunky style peanut butter if your religion states that you only eat creamy peanut butter.

Why? because as a ward of the state even if you harmed yourself the state would be liable. What if a pissed off guard threw your ass over the tier "by accident" Would you be like Ït was a common mistake".
