There is no such thing as an accidental discharge of a weapon. The chances of that happening on a modern weapon is less than 0.002%. Weapons do not accidentally discharge in modern times unless it is a very old gun.

Law Enforcement and Military personnel know the difference between a negligent discharge and accidental discharge.

This is a case of a negligent discharge. This officer negligent discharge their firearm. She the reason the weapon fire. It was not a malfunction of the weapon itself. There is never an excuse for a negligent discharge. NOT EVER! My military brehs will know this.

Just base off that new video, I know for sure this cop will be charge with manslaughter.

Now whether this cop will get convicted is another story knowing AmeriKKKa.

Apparently He had another 3rd warrant for carrying a gun without a permit and running from police during a previous encounter. Probably was looking at jail time so he tried to run but its never worth it. He was cuffed so not sure what the kid was thinking. Folks gotta stop gambling with police, if you give them a reason they will use it to kill you. And sometimes even if you dont give them a reason.

And this why I been arguing for years even on this site. That you can't truly have police reform. Even if you start going after these police unions, cop pensions and locking them up. Because the states and cities use the police and state troopers to create revenue for states and municipalities. That is the main issue that no one wants to address. These states and cities around the country are broke broke broke.

And the authorities are used as a way to generate income in which they purposely harrass black citizens to create money for the city or state. If you eliminate the revenue stream there is far less interaction between the citizens and cops because there is no incentive.

The revenue is the reason they pull folks over for a broken tail lights, a jay walk, speed traps, a paper license plate, walking the street at night. All these stops are to get you on one violation and hopefully escalate the situation to get you on more violations. Its all about generating revenue...PERIOD. These cops literally got quotas and no one is saying hold on why do the cops have quotas on stops and tickets for a day, week or month? And the quota shyt is tied to how much the city or state makes and the cop makes in terms of salaries?

If folks ain't talking about the revenue aspect of policing in america then they are totally missing the point of what needs to be corrected.
