some people in this thread don't seem to comprehend this.
A fukking shyt show all around.Air fresheners are illegal
You trying to escape when multiple officers have you outside the car
Mistaking your taser for a gun
But but why did he get back in the carsome people in this thread don't seem to comprehend this.
It don’t matter, the only question you should be asking is why was a unarmed kid that was fleeing, shot deadBut but why did he get back in the car
Nah that was me making fun of the idiots even bringing that point up. Completely irrelevantIt don’t matter, the only question you should be asking is why was a unarmed kid that was fleeing, shot dead
Do you have any live streams?Protesters have converged on the precinct. Hopefully they can continue to press forward
Do you have any live streams?
You don't deserve death for resisting arrest. The officers could've removed themselves from the vicinity of the vehicle since it appeared like he was going to drive away and caught up to the guy later and slapped evading arrest charges on him. Police have literally unlimited resources to track fugitives. There is no way a trained officer can mistake a firearm for a taser. different holster, completely different weights and feel. It wasn't a split second pull & fire, the officer had her gun trained on him for several seconds before firingThis shyt bout to get super dicey after that video.
im sorry to admit this but it isn’t nearly as bad as originally. No matter how you slice it. Kid would be alive if he simply lets them handcuff him.
But on the flip side
He should never have been pulled over to begin with
bytch for sure needs to be punished to the utmost level for murder she should never have been a cop. But this just looks bad from all parties involved. It sucks no matter how you slice it.
Agreed with everything said hereThese police officers and the media think they are slick...
There is no such thing as an accidental discharge of a weapon. The chances of that happening on a modern weapon is less than 0.002%. Weapons do not accidentally discharge in modern times unless it is a very old gun.
Law Enforcement and Military personnel know the difference between a negligent discharge and accidental discharge.
This is a case of a negligent discharge. This officer negligent discharge their firearm. She the reason the weapon fire. It was not a malfunction of the weapon itself. There is never an excuse for a negligent discharge. NOT EVER! My military brehs will know this.
Just base off that new video, I know for sure this cop will be charge with manslaughter.
Now whether this cop will get convicted is another story knowing AmeriKKKa.
Yeah as stupid as it sounds I think it's what happened because she sounds surprised she shot him. At minimum that's manslaughter though.I want to out of hand dismiss this 'accident' alibi...I want to dismiss it cuz there is no way you mistake a firearm for a tazer right???
But then...I mean....how could she POSSIBLY do that shyt on purpose while wearing a body cam?????
That would be some brazen ass shyt after the summer of 2020 and the criminal trial happening 16 miles away smh.
Unreal.
