Bloomberg - Are you a robot?
Something I’ve noticed especially these Office type jobs that I usually go to where at least 80% of the workforce are females.
Or rapping. It is alot of brehs on SoundcloudNot shocked at all. Men tend to be define themselves by their ability to provide and what they do for a living. There definitely has been an exponential growth of broke ass nikkas. Maybe theyre trapping?
When youre seeking employment, and you limit your options by not pursuing a degree or trade, and McDonalds is hiring, but its not "good" enough for you, you just chose unemployment.
Thats not the case for all 500000, obviously. But the majority of the article focused on that kind of demographic. A 24 - 35 year old male, little to no post HS education, unwilling to work low-skilled jobs.
Nope. Do you what I noticed working in hospitals? No one really retires there. Do you know what I did? I started working in nursing homes. More money and less stress. And after 20+ years of being in nursing I will capable of passing a med pass without a sweat. Its hilarious watching these 55 year old nurses who have been kicked out of the hospital pass medication. The white chicks have had it good.Even though they work nurses to death, hospitals are getting a very high influx of nurses all the time.
It’s to weed out “underachievers” and hire better talent.
Smart ones just work at a two star hospital then go for a magnet.

Nursing is always changing and evolving...that's healthcare in a nutshell. As healthcare advances and nursing roles and responsibilities evolve so do the requirements. There are subjects required in bachelor programs that are not taught in associate programs. I can say that what nurses do today is totally different from what nurses were doing in the 80's and 90's. You have nurses today giving medications to patients and doing procedures at the bedside that were only done by doctors back in the day. The hospitals are the ones enforcing the higher level of education to a degree.
I can see in the future that having a bachelor's won't be enough either. If you want to advance past bedside nursing and go into admin, research, management, or education...a bachelor's degree is no longer enough...you now need a Master's and sometimes even a doctorate in nursing to get those jobs.
I personally think it's partially driven by ego. By making registered nurses, at minimum, have to have a bachelors degree makes the profession feel more important and distinguished from other nursing professions (LPN, LVN, CNA). Also there are so many schools/institutions pumping out nurses every semester/quarter that cutting out associate degrees makes the selection process easier.
30 patients?? sounds like a nursing home. I don't envy anyone who has to work in that setting.
This why it’s important to have kids when you’re ready, in this economy and the future it’s harder for young folks to maintain an economic strong hold so they NEED their family to support. Like for me for example, I was not finding a job in jax but my mom was in md so I moved up here and I’m staying with her and her husband, now I’m working, and I’m saving at the least, but before while I was in jax I stayed with my grandmother, I could’ve stayed with my dad as well, because my family is responsible they can literally help me through whatever, they’re even helping me with my student loans which is why I’m certain to find my footing, but a lot of kids out there not getting support of any kind at allIts hard as hell to survive with a full time job I dont know how people survive this long with no employment shyt is crazy out here.
The minute they realize you have a savings account they’re going to wipe that shyt out via inflation. If you're black and have a job, save as much of a chest up as possible. We'll then take advantage of the next recession/ depression. Who's in?
I'm not subscribing, breh. The minute they realize you have a savings account they’re going to wipe that shyt out via inflation.
Imagine you’re in a relationship and you’re a man. What would a woman do to hurt you? Okay multiply that by an infinity. That’s what white people are.
Most nikkas I know that rap and live with fat bytches WORK at a warehouse...AND sell weed...and other shyt, but brehs still barely get by unless they get lucky or have the gift of gab to get them other places. All these tropes need to die, I barely saw ANY women at labor ready and places like that when I was younger. All brehs, from young dudes to old winos and felons. Getting up at 5 to WAIT for the CHANCE to do labor at a cut rate.No. Nein. Nyet. I want to know what jobs you're talking about. Middle to upper middle management positions or entry level to low level supervision? Maybe in a warehouse. But if you're a breh with no degree trying to get an entry level corporate job (let's say insurance adjuster which doesn't require any experience at the major providers) you're at a disadvantage. These offices aren't filled with women because men don't want 40-50k entry level gigs. This theory that men, especially black men, do not want to work and just give up after a few rejections is fukking infuriating. nikkas talk about grinding, finding a job is a grind. You all look at grinding as random hustles/generic miscellaneous hardwork with a wad of cash to show for it. More to it than that. Some people are out here grinding with nothing to show for it, they just have to keep going day to day until they do. Not every black man is asleep under some BBW chasing drug dealing and/or rapper dreams. It's rough as fukk out there.
