Interesting did he come from a two-parent married household? He probably grew up seeing domestic violence and thinks it’s normal.

Dude really fumbled the bag if Hornets continue losing. Oubre averaged 20 ppg last year on Hornets but they were one of the worst teams and he had to settle for minimum from Sixers. Bridges was set to receive $175M max if he hadn't gotten into this mess.

Yeah it really shows tho how distorted the max contract has made things. If he was truly a max player he probably still would get it.
as much as i can't stand miles, he's better than he was in his contract year

he likely wasn't getting the max then and he's likely not getting it now either. hornets can win 20 games on the year and miles is pretty much guaranteed to be a part of the lamelo/miller/williams core they're going to transition to.

Yeah he was going to get the max or very close to it if this incident didn’t happen. He was a 24 year old forward and had a breakout season as arguably the 2nd best player on a playoff team in a small market. Those circumstances usually result in a max contract (eg past contracts for Middleton, Tobias Harris, Otto Porter, Michael Porter Jr, etc).

That’s if somebody doesn’t pay him
