Midnight Suns (Marvel X-com Game) December 2nd

I enjoyed this game a lot. I still haven't beat it because i just play the side quests and level up. It's like playing one of those addicting GAAS games people always griping about but without the predatory monetization. The grind is actually fun and feels rewarding. My Blade x Wanda duo feels unfukkawhittable and i'm mulling over who the 3rd wheel should be.

I also mentioned before that this was a love letter to comic heads with all the detail they put into the narrative and character interactions. Makes me wonder if you were to take the best aspects of Marvel’s Avengers (i guess the actual game engine?) and encase it with the rewarding RPG and Mass Effect 2 elements of Midnight Suns, if the result would've been a GotY contender. But halas

But unfortunately firaxis rarely does deluxes so might have to do it anyway

I was thinking the same thing. Are you going to have to beat the game every time a new DLC drops? Don't really get it.

Game is fun but I def expected more cards for each char. Seems to be some rather obvious “best” builds so far

When you beat it, it puts you before the last mission so you can do the DLC

The deadpool dlc is accessible anytime after you recruit spiderman. shows up as a story mission on the mission table

Yeah that shyt was never going to sell a lot of copies. They might as well put this on gamespass to get some residuals
