Also now is the time to do it to threaten to walk out or begin negotiations...since it is Linda's senate run it will be the most opportune time with a huge magnifying glass on the situation...would be national news best believe

If they don't act now it's never...I'm still not necessarily advocating a union but I dont know all the details to know if a union makes sense here

It can be forced...if you have someone kind of make them put a spotlight on it. They increased the spotlight on the industry after the Benoit mayhem...they can definitely do the same in this aura.

thats kind of where I lean and some of these issues they have can be handled by going straight to Vince like a man...but i understand the fear and risk associated with an industry like wrestling which is just an atheltic theater performance and no real competition you can threaten to take your talents to so a strength in numbers will make you less fearful but takes away your individual ability to negotiate...and if you get blackballed your done in that industry

its not like acting where there are numerous studios and you have an agent negotiating your contract...your not an engineer where if google doesn't treat you right you can go to apple...your not a pro athlete where if the miami heat don't give you a good contract you like you can test your value in the free agent market

so i'm not completely against wwe creating a union

lol basically.

I don't understand why people always talk about shyt like this, like Santino had to become a wrestler in life?

Why is he complaining? He is on TV 1-2 times a week. He just gets out there and dances, plays to the crowd, walks around the ring, wrestles for 4 mins which is constructed of running the ropes and yelling to the crowd, he then pulls out a sock and the match is over. He never gets hurt, he never takes big bumps, I mean the biggest bump I have ever seen him take is a back body drop. He can't do that 3 times a week? He can do this into his mid 60s really.

And Zack Ryder? He never even wrestles except for house shows, guy gets $300,000 a year for driving to different cities/working out and singing Justin Bieber songs in his car. It's the fukking American Dream.

And it's a fukking Joke that people think Punk meant anything in his shoot comments lol. He just wanted that Cena Money.

Go into acting then, wrestling is a man's sport. Go to college and get that engineering degree, nobody's stopping you.

:pacspit: at a union, shyt would become even more watered down. None of the top guys are for it.

These guys are 1099, time to act like it or GTFO of the industry.

Like I said before, the deavors season will be in full force, win or lose for Linda, come November. Enough is enough, time to separate the men from the boys.

And Zack Ryder? He never even wrestles except for house shows, guy gets $300,000 a year for driving to different cities/working out and singing Justin Bieber songs in his car. It's the fukking American Dream.

Pretty sure guys like Zack and Santino are just playing bleeding heart to get along with all these untalented complainers, since dudes like Cena and Orton are up in first class and don't really care about them.

He obviously cares about merch sales or he wouldn't have resigned him. That being said, Punk ain't giving up his new cushy job for these guys.

He also is pushing his girlfriend even after she retired... :hmm: Punk has some kind of pull.

You guys are acting as if CM Punk has ever been that nice a guy.

Remember, this is the guy who got Samoa Joe drunk to the point where Joe jokingly mentioned going to a 60 minute draw, and then immediately called up Gabe on his cellphone like, "Yeah, Joe wants to draw with me."

He only gives a fukk about himself.

I remember when CM Punk tweeted "fukk Communism" a while back, Warrior retweeted him. Basically sums up the top guys argument against unions.

ummm... what ? :leostare:

It's not exactly an apples-to-apples comparison, but I find it ironic that a man who fukked with so many livelihoods is in front of a camera saying how he doesn't want anyone to fukk with his.
