We can confirm that Santino Marella, Yoshi Tatsu, Jack Swagger, Zack Ryder, Natalya, Tyler Reks, Curt Hawkins and numerous Divas are just a few of the names who are frustrated. Again, they all want to speak out but are “being smart about it.”

Out of those names I can see TNA taking only Swagger for sure, and with Ryder, Natayla, and Santino as maybes.

everoybody just

As we exclusively noted over the weekend via WZROnline.com, WWE sent out a mass text and emails to their talents on Sunday afternoon stating that there would be a backstage meeting at RAW at 3PM on Monday to address any frustrations talents may have had. WWE got word of our exclusive reports about travel and pay and how many talents were very frustrated as of late but were afraid to speak out due to fear of losing their jobs. As noted, none of these guys are trying to get fired; they just want to be compensated fairly. The main source of frustration stems from the current bonuses they are receiving as well as some talents only getting paid $500 per show in Brazil while the company made millions.

In an update on the meeting, everything went down at 3PM as expected. The guys were brought into a meeting room and the company addressed anyone being unhappy in the locker room. Triple H was the “leader” of the meeting and all talents and management were in attendance. When officials asked if anyone was unhappy and to speak up now, nobody did. As noted, talents fear speaking up, especially in front of the entire locker-room, due to fear of getting massive backstage heat and possibly being axed. The issue is nearly half of the current roster is frustrated but are afraid to speak up as others likely wouldn’t speak up. The moral of the story is that it all involves backstage politics and guys know exactly what happens if they speak up. They ended the backstage meeting by saying to use common sense and be careful with social media and “everyone would be fine”. As we’ve been exclusively noting via WZROnline.com, many talents are now emailing and calling the Connecticut media to express their concerns. The feeling is that if the media picks up on it (and they have with A.W.’s firing), this will create major issues for Linda McMahon’s “job creator” senate campaign. With that being said, WWE will then be forced to take care of guys that are unhappy – and there are A LOT of them these days.

they might be frustrated but they better not try to start a union which would effectively end their careers

They're fukked either way. I sympathize with them but what else are they gonna do? Go to TNA? :comeon: Their best bet is to get mainstream attention and continue pressing the issue w/ management short of a walkout. If they walked out I feel like Coke Boy would call their bluff and fire them lol.

God I would like NOTHING more than for this to happen...

I'd switch Swagger and Ryder. Ryder has gotten some mainstream recognition for the youtube Show and his twitter page.

And in a sudden move clearly intended as an olive branch to the midcarders, Yoshi Tatsu is taking the spot of Triple H and will now be facing Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam.

Honestly, if they really want a union and proper benefits and insurance for wrestlers in general, falling on the sword like that might be the best way to go about it, with Linda's campaign about to kick into gear. Remember, a lot of reforms to worker's rights in America didn't ameliorated until muckrackers exposed the abuses to the masses either on purpose (your Ida Tarbells) or mistakenly (your Upton Sinclairs). They can't really take any sort of negotiating power until the contract situation gets better (i.e., they're not treated as complete chattel in the language) and that isn't going to happen any time soon.

Therefore, symbolic action such as an opportune walkout is necessary, even if it gets them fired, because it'll make clear what all the parties in this situation are about.

Either way, clamming up and shutting the fukk up isn't going to get them anywhere in any case.

This is the kind of thing that will expose Punk for the fraud that he is.

My personal opinion is that if you don't like the way your employer treats you, you should leave and get a job somewhere else. But if Punk is truly the kind of guy he likes everyone to think he is, he'll take on the role of leader of this movement.

But will he? No, he won't.

Now I don't get this part, where did he say AT ALL during last year that he was going to be the savior for the mid card? Ummm, NO WHERE

There is a difference between coming up with a catch phrase "voice of the voiceless" (during a worked shoot no less) and actually carrying out the plan that you are going to revolutionize your company. He was doing a, you guessed it, a HEEL promo, trying to get himself over.

There was a talent meeting held before Monday's RAW in Dallas, Texas. Talents were given the chance to speak up about being unhappy and reportedly, nobody did. The meeting apparently ended with everyone being told to use common sense and be careful with social media.

-- We noted before that some of the WWE midcard talents were upset about being paid just $500 per night for working the recent tour of Central and South America. The reason given by a source was that talents are usually paid more for international tours but this one wasn't as successful.

-- In an update, WWE officials sent out a memo to the talents who worked the tour and said there was a clerical error when payments were done. New, increased payments are to be issued to the talents soon.

-- JTG hasn't tweeted on "jobbing out" on this week's RAW and several people we've spoken with tonight don't expect him to address it .... for now. As noted earlier, JTG's twitter rant from last week was referenced on RAW this week. JTG, who went off about how he and his "locker room brothers" were being taken advantage of last Monday, asked RAW GM AJ Lee for a match this week and got one against Ryback. After JTG lost, Michael Cole said, "I can't wait until JTG tweets about this." Many of these guys are "playing it smart" and are staging something bigger in the coming weeks. While WWE continues to mock their frustration on TV, there are bigger things planned among mid-card talents that the company is currently unaware of.

Punk did say, in an interview with Bill Simmons a few weeks after original "pipe bomb" promo, that the promo

was 100 percent real because it came from the heart

He also said this:
I think we have a very talented roster. I think times change so much and certain people are out of touch with stuff and I don't know if a lot of the talent, if people know how to present them in the right light.

"Guys like Kofi (Kingston) and Dolph Ziggler, I think these guys are awesome, but I think people need to step back and things need to be done differently.

So he believes in the cause, and he should theoretically have enough stroke to help at this point. If he wanted to, that is.

Bill Simmons isn't running a wrestling website. It's a mainstream sports website, and Punk wasn't "in character" at any point in the interview. All I'm saying is that if the promo was 100% real, as he claims, then this is a perfect opportunity for him to truly give a "voice to the voiceless" by leading this midcard movement.

He can't have it both ways. If he's just cutting a heel promo, that's fine. But don't go on a mainstream website out of character and claim the promo is 100% real unless you're gonna 100% back it up. I know he didn't directly say he was the savior for the midcard, but that would certainly be a cause his "100% real" character would be interested in.
