It means no Starfield, HiFi rush or SOT for ps5 but Indiana, Avowed, Hellblade 2, Blade will be on PS5. Al least that my take

This isn't that hard to decipher. Ms isnt going to spend money porting existing games like Halo 1-6 or Gears 1-5 to PS5, but all future Halo and Gears games will get a PS5 port. By 3rd party he probably means games from the Zenimax deal. Those games will get PS5 ports. I don't think there is any other way to interpret his statement.

The thing is I think past games like Halo, Gears and even Starfield will have a large market on PlayStation making those ports worth it.
