Creating your own proprietary memory stick is definitely hardware.


It doesn't really matter what I choose the point is Sony has failed and abandoned more hardware than Microsoft

Maybe because we are talking about hardware when we speak of video games... So those in video game forums would most likely be referencing hardware, where Sony has the clear lead on video game hardware

Now I'm sure MS has just as many failed projects in software, but they are clearly leading in operating systems so it'd be dumb to mention their failures with such a glaring win

Forza 8 being on more platforms is a net loss for humanity.
