No official word, but I wouldn't be surprised if M$ plays nice to start off, makes most of the games multiplat, but if the XSX begins to struggle in any way shape or form they may just push the button.

But I expect them to play hardball with gamepass. I'd be willing to bet no bethesda games will appear on their new PS Plus pass.

Probably a little bit of both. They will use the games strategically. Some exclusive, some multiplat, all of them promoting Gamepass.
